Set time on scheduled tasks
Can you add feature to set time for scheduled tasks? And duration, so app can notify if there are multiple tasks set in the same time*. Then user can postpone one of those tasks and have better time management.
- For current week/month only. No need to calculate this for longer future period.

Implement projects page
In "getting things done" you should have projects page, which is essentially a task with some some subtasks.
It would be great if you could add projects somewhere which can also be marked as completed - then when adding a basic task you can select a project to which an item belongs.
Few more ideas if you want:
- on project page show how many of child tasks are completed.
- in basic task list view display to which project it belongs to, either by displaying first letter of project name or by miniature text below task.
- in projects…5 votesThanks for the feedback!
I am planning a Projects feature for an upcoming release of Sooner Or Later that I believe will address all of the scenarios you’ve listed.

Greatest app for to fo lists!
Greatest app for to do lists! I'd love to assign the items to projects, e.g. private, personal,...
4 votesHi Tobias,
The Projects feature is planned for a future update.
However, the plan is to make this work well for very specific projects, like remodeling the kitchen, not for categories of tasks like personal and work

Better writing down spoken text - wenn I speak words into Sooner or later, I see de spoken text. but this does not save this spoken words. h
Your app does not save spoken text. The text comes complete into that window, but after saving it get lost, so I habe to write down everything with the softkeys
4 votesThanks for the feedback! That sounds like a bug. I will look into it and make sure it’s working in the next update. -David

add time n calendar
I think it would be awesome to give us calendar like features. Give todos specific time deadline n calendar view
4 votesHi! This is a very interesting suggestion! While I wouldn’t want to replace the already excellent calendar app on the phone, it might be nice to have a calendar-like view of the Scheduled items list. Thank you for the suggestion! I’ll consider it further and get back to you on this. -David

This is something I’d like to implement, but I need to spend some time investigating the feasibility before committing to it.

On Windows 10 mobile, the UI is broken since the last update.
When you open the app with the windows-controls showing, there's a black bar on the top and the lower part of the app is cut off. When hiding the controls by swiping from the bottom of the screen, the app looks just as usual and everything is fine. Please fix, otherwise great app!

It would be good to have backup and restore for iPhone (eg with one drive)

change the way the prioritize-button works
Almost always when I swipe right on an item, I start my swipe on the button on the left which causes my swipe to go unrecognized and just presses the button. Maybe trigger this button on release of the touch instead of initial click?

I’ve started a complete rewrite of the Windows user interface for Windows 10, which will be more like the iOS and Android versions. They are a lot more slick than the Windows Phone user interface which I agree has become quite outdated. -David

Early Alerts
I prefer to enter the actual due date of a to-do, eg the payment due date of an utility bill. But I also want early alerts, a number of days in advance - preferably upto 2 alerts (for really important stuff). This feature is available in another app (To-Do with Alerts Free) but I prefer your app because of the"sooner" tag in addition to scheduled date.

group completed tasks
It would be great to be able to group together completed repeating scheduled tasks and show a cumulative score for them to show progress and devotion. Instead of just having the word "exercise" repeated 20 times it would be better to have "exercise-20". Also, it would be great to show statistics for timely completion and missed tasks.

Allow custom background image
Detail font size is too small. And it would be nice if we can a set a background image. Apart from these I love the app. Simple and clean design. Great work.

Hm… let me think about that one. I’m trying to keep the system as simple and approachable as possible so that it doesn’t become overwhelming after extended use. But I will take this into consideration for the next major update. Thanks for the feedback! -David

Later tasks with no date for andriod as is the case in the windows app
I love the sooner or later windows app but now have an android phone. There is no Later functionality as is the case in windows. I.e. later tasks in android get a scheduled date.
1 voteAnd I thought I had really improved things by removing Later tasks with no date! :)
In my own use, I found that I tended to stop looking at items with no date in my Later list and they just became useless. In fact, they were more like “Never” items.
I implemented a “long swipe” to make it easy to move items from Soon to Never for this purpose. When you start swiping, the bar says “Tomorrow”. Keep on swiping further and it changes to “Never”.
Let me know how using your “Never” list in place of the unscheduled “Later” list works for you!
